All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. Our host will stream live video while you give directions via video call.
What video platforms do you support?
We support all major video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WebEx, and more. Just let us know your preferred platform when booking.
How many people can play in one virtual escape room session?
Up to 10 players can participate in a single virtual escape room session. For larger groups, you can book multiple rooms and compete head-to-head - we can run up to 9 rooms simultaneously!
What if we have technical difficulties during our session?
Our experienced hosts are equipped to handle technical issues. If connection problems occur, we'll pause the game timer while we troubleshoot. In rare cases of major issues, we'll reschedule your session at no charge.
