Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Escape Experience services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Booking and Reservations

  • Reservations Required: All escape room experiences require advance booking.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened game time.
  • Group Size: Each room has minimum and maximum player requirements. Your group must meet these requirements.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling available.
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $25 fee.
  • Less than 24 Hours: No refunds available. Rescheduling may be possible with a fee.
  • No-Shows: No refunds for no-shows.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

Participant Requirements

  • Age Requirements: Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some rooms have specific age recommendations.
  • Physical Requirements: Our rooms may require standing, walking, bending, and manipulating objects. Please contact us if you have accessibility concerns.
  • Sobriety: Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver before playing.

Rules and Conduct

  • Do not use excessive force on any props, locks, or room elements.
  • Do not climb on furniture or fixtures.
  • Ceiling tiles, electrical outlets, and fire safety equipment are never part of the game.
  • Photography and video recording are prohibited inside the rooms.
  • Do not share puzzle solutions or spoilers with others.
  • Follow all instructions from game masters.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your game without refund.

Liability Waiver

Participation in escape room activities involves certain risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Escape Experience, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during your visit, except in cases of gross negligence.

Damage to Property

Participants are responsible for any damage to room props, furniture, or fixtures caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules. You may be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged items.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards do not expire.
  • Gift cards may be used at any Escape Experience location.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our escape rooms, including puzzles, designs, stories, and branding, is the property of Escape Experience and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
