Game Guide / Game Host

Part-Time

Bring energy, keep teams moving, and make every group feel like the main character.

You'll do:

  • •Greet guests, deliver a great briefing, and set the tone
  • •Run games, watch progress, and deliver hints at the right moments
  • •Reset rooms accurately and efficiently
  • •Keep the lobby and game areas guest-ready

You are:

  • •Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure
  • •Great communicator (especially with groups)
  • •Reliable and punctual
  • •Comfortable with technology

Team Lead

As Openings Arise

Support hosts, help train new hires, and keep shifts running smoothly.

You'll do:

  • •Lead shifts and support Game Guides
  • •Train and mentor new team members
  • •Handle escalated guest situations
  • •Ensure quality and consistency across games

You are:

  • •Previous escape room or hospitality experience preferred
  • •Natural leadership abilities
  • •Problem-solver mindset
  • •Excellent communication skills

Facilities / Prop Support

As-Needed

Carpentry, painting, set dressing, basic repairs—if you can build stuff, we want to talk.

You'll do:

  • •Build and maintain props and set pieces
  • •Perform basic repairs and maintenance
  • •Paint and finish scenic elements
  • •Support new room builds and updates

You are:

  • •Hands-on building or crafting experience
  • •Basic carpentry, painting, or electrical skills
  • •Creative problem-solving ability
  • •Flexible schedule for project-based work

Yes — weekend availability is required. Weekends are our busiest times, and all team members need to be available for at least some weekend shifts.
Yes! We're flexible, especially for students. We just need dependable availability for the shifts you commit to. Most Game Guides work 15-25 hours per week.
Beyond base pay and tips, you can earn bonuses for guest review mentions (when guests specifically praise you by name), and pick up extra pay (+$10 per session) running our online/remote escape games when available.
