How big a group can you handle?
Our sweet spot is 10–50 people. Groups split across multiple rooms running head-to-head — we recently ran a 26-person, 5-room corporate event through one dashboard, with every room briefed, played, photographed, and scored simultaneously. For 50+, we stagger start times into rounds; talk to our coordinator and we will build the schedule for you.
What does it cost?
Escape rooms are $34.99 per person. A 26-person company event is about $910 — less than most catering bills — and that includes the full event system: waiver handling, team dashboard, live scoring, photos, and the highlights page. Live-hosted virtual events for remote teams are $250 per room (up to 10 players each).
Do you host in both Nashville and Chattanooga?
Yes. Downtown Nashville (501 Union Street) and downtown Chattanooga (224 Broad Street, plus our Runaway Train room inside a real vintage train car at the Chattanooga Choo Choo). Both markets run the same event system.
What is the deal with the Choo Choo location?
Our Runaway Train experience is inside an actual train car at the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, about 10 minutes from our downtown Chattanooga venue. If your event uses rooms at both, your dashboard and every assignment email automatically flag the address difference and the free electric shuttle between them.
How do waivers work for a big group?
One link for the whole company. You forward it, everyone signs from their phone in about two minutes, and signatures appear live on your dashboard. No paper, no clipboard line at the door.
How long should we plan for?
Every game is exactly 60 minutes. Door to door, plan on about 75 to 90 minutes: arrive 15 minutes early for briefings, play your hour, then trophies-and-photos time at the end. Want a longer outing? We can run multiple rounds with a rematch bracket.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Our downtown venues are steps from some of the best restaurants and breweries in both cities, and most groups make dinner or drinks the second half of the outing. Our coordinator is happy to suggest spots that handle large parties and help you time it all.
Is this physically demanding? What about accessibility?
No crawling, climbing, or fitness required — our games are about brains, teamwork, and communication. Tell our coordinator about any accessibility needs and we will make sure every teammate can participate fully.
