Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but booking online guarantees your preferred time slot. You can book online 24/7 through our website.

How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. This allows time for check-in, a brief introduction, and ensures your full 60 minutes of game time.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, your escape room game may be shortened to keep the next group on schedule. In some cases, we may ask you to reschedule to the next available time slot. If you think you'll be running late, please call us as soon as possible—we'll do our best to accommodate you and our other guests.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Need to change your plans? You can reschedule up to 4 hours before your reservation. Within 4 hours of the game start time, bookings are not refundable or transferable, but store credit may be available.

How much do games cost?

Pricing is typically $34.99 per person, but rates may vary by experience and by day and time based on demand. Want your group to play privately? Private escape room bookings are available for an additional fee. Check our booking page for current pricing and available time slots.

What is an escape room?

An escape room is a live-action, team-based puzzle game where players work together to find clues, solve puzzles, and escape a themed room within 60 minutes. It's a fun and immersive experience for friends, families, and corporate teams.

How long is each game?

All of our escape rooms are 60-minute experiences. Your total visit time will be approximately 75-90 minutes including check-in, game introduction, the game itself, and a post-game photo opportunity.

What if I get stuck?

Don't worry—you're never truly stuck! Your Game Guide monitors your progress and can provide hints when needed. Just ask for help using the in-room communication system. Hints are unlimited, so use as many as you need to have fun.

What happens if we don't escape in time?

No worries! Whether you escape or not, you'll still have an amazing time. Our game masters will help you finish the last puzzles if time runs out, so you'll see the full story and experience the entire room.

Am I really locked in?

No, you are never actually locked in. All of our rooms have emergency exits that are clearly marked and always accessible. Safety is our top priority, and you can leave the room at any time if needed.

Are the rooms scary?

Most of our rooms are family-friendly adventures that focus on puzzles and storytelling rather than scares. Our "Search for the Cure" room has a spooky zombie theme and mild intensity—it's marked as "Spooky" on our website. No live actors will jump out at you in any of our games.

Can I bring my phone into the room?

Yes—you're welcome to bring your phone into the escape room. Feel free to take photos or short videos to remember and share the fun afterward. Please don't post any photos or videos that reveal puzzles, codes, or solutions, as spoilers can ruin the surprise for future guests.

How many people can play in one room?

Our rooms typically fit 2–8 players, with 4–6 being the sweet spot for teamwork and participation. If you're bringing a larger group, booking multiple rooms lets everyone play at the same time and compare results. In rare cases, we can allow up to 10 players by request—just know it's a tighter fit and works best for groups that prioritize staying together.

Do you offer team building packages?

Yes! Our team-building packages are great for corporate groups and large parties. We offer private escape room bookings, customized start times (when available), head-to-head competition options, and post-game meeting space at select locations. Our Nashville location also features head-to-head Prison Break rooms, making it perfect for competitive team events. Want help planning the full outing? We're happy to recommend great nearby lunch or dinner spots to round out your event.

Can children play?

Yes! Our escape rooms are designed to be challenging and are recommended for ages 13+, but younger players are welcome with an adult. Some puzzles may be tricky, but kids often have a great time—especially when it comes to spotting hidden clues.

What are the age requirements and policies for children?

Children 4 and under are free when accompanying a paying adult. Please call us before booking if you're bringing a child 4 and under so we can add them to the reservation (each game has a maximum capacity). A paying adult (18+) must participate with any guests 14 and under. Guests under 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

We strive to make our escape room experiences accessible for all guests. Most of our rooms are wheelchair accessible, though some puzzle elements may involve reaching or interacting with items at different heights. Please contact us before booking to discuss your needs, and we'll help you choose the best experience and do our best to accommodate your group.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Closed-toe shoes are recommended (but not required), since you may be standing, walking, bending, or reaching during the game. We suggest avoiding high heels or restrictive outfits. Some rooms may be dimly lit or include uneven surfaces.

Can I bring food or drinks into the room?

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the escape rooms to protect our props and equipment. You're welcome to enjoy refreshments in our lobby before or after your game.

Is there parking available?

Parking varies by location. Our downtown Chattanooga locations have street parking and nearby parking garages. Our Nashville location also has multiple nearby garages within walking distance. In general, free parking is limited at our locations. Please check your specific location page for the best parking options and details.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online and make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, or any occasion. They can be used at any of our locations and never expire.
